The company has also expanded its business development team and welcomes Wesley McDonald as director of business development.
Sapling has doubled its footprint, growing into a 4,000-square-foot Toronto office that will serve as a hub for Sapling’s expanding presence in Canada, reinforcing its commitment to delivering exceptional service and fostering deeper relationships with its clients across North America. Sapling’s growth stems from its ability to offer high-quality due diligence and Office of the CFO consulting services to mid-market businesses that previously would have found the cost of these services prohibitive. As Sapling’s new director of business development, McDonald joins with over 14 years of experience in financial markets, fintech and consulting. He has held a leadership role at Jeeves as the head of strategic sales, where he scaled the North American go-to-market team to 14 team members.
