This can include highlighting any concern areas, adjusting for one-time events and proofing out earnings with numerous reconciliations. Lenders are increasingly requiring due diligence reports to support their underwriting process, so whether buying or selling a business it is important to know what a QoE report is, what it entails and how it can benefit your business. In this talk we will discuss, the reasons for doing a Quality of Earnings analysis, both from the buy-side and sell-side, how QoE work differs from an Audit or Review and what makes for Quality Earnings.
