Kevin is an experienced finance professional with more than six years of Big 4 professional services experience in both assurance and transaction services. During his time as a Manager at KPMG, he played a key role in advising various pension funds, private equity funds and strategic clients to plan and execute on platform acquisitions, tuck-in acquisitions, carve-outs and divestitures. With a track record of executing over 50 domestic and cross-border transactions, he was involved with various industries including healthcare, waste management, infrastructure, TMT, and real estate.

Prior to KPMG, Kevin was involved with various assurance engagements in the banking and private equity sectors with a particular focus on loans, loan loss provisioning, and associated SOX controls. As a CPA and CFA, Kevin is dedicated to upholding the highest professional and ethical standards while providing clients with valuable insights and advice on every engagement. He is an active member of the community and is a volunteer member of the strategic content creation committee at CFA Society Toronto.

During his spare time, you can find Kevin hosting boardgame nights with friends, playing pickleball at the gym, running by the waterfront, or going on road trips with friends and family. His passion for strategy and problem-solving extends beyond his career, whether he’s analyzing financial statements or devising the best starting position in Catan.
