Key Insights

We conducted an audit of their current software systems: - The two contract management systems used for public and respectively public bids - Internal spreadsheets used to track bids and project status - Accounting system used for invoicing based on project completion

We conducted interviews with relevant stakeholders from the finance, sales, and operations departments aimed at understanding the company’s processes on sales prospecting, bid completion, sales close, project completion, project billings, and contract renewals.

Based on the process and system analysis we designed a roadmap designed at eliminating the redundancy of using several systems that carried our similar tasks, automate data extraction and integration in a joined data warehouse, and generate automated reporting and KPI analysis.
