Yongwei is an Analyst at Sapling Financial Consultants, specializing in financial modelling and due diligence. Prior to joining Sapling, Yongwei worked in investment banking and market research area, where he led financial advisory projects and transactions across various industries. Yongwei has experience in financial modeling, due diligence, data analytics and strategic analysis. He has also worked closely with C-level entrepreneurs and analyzed large datasets to generate business insights and support investment decisions in fast-paced environments.
Yongwei holds a Master of Science in Big Data Financial Analytics from Trent University and is actively pursuing the CFA designation to further strengthen his analytical expertise.
Outside of work, he is a competitive rower and enjoys cycling, basketball, community volunteering, and spending time with his family and dog.
