A former Founder, Chief of Strategy, Sales Leader, and Fundraising Executive, he has led organizations through the full business lifecycle including 0‑to‑1 builds, $80M in revenue expansion and the integration of complex M&A portfolios.

Combining a background in computer analytics with a naturally inquisitive mindset, Wes excels at aligning technical rigor with operational execution. He is known for implementing innovative, high‑accountability operating frameworks to institutionalize consistency, performance, and quality at scale.

At Sapling, Wes is focused on architecting the firm’s operational engine. His mandate is to build scalable business capabilities that enable Sapling’s subject‑matter experts to remain focused on delivering A+ modelling, while he ensures the organization operates with efficiency, clarity, and precision.

Wes live in mid-town Toronto and can be found in the summer on a lake with his wife, kids and dogs.
