At Sapling, Wes is focused on architecting the firm’s operational engine. His mandate is to build scalable business capabilities that enable Sapling’s subject‑matter experts to remain focused on delivering A+ modelling, while he ensures the organization operates with efficiency, clarity, and precision.
Wes live in mid-town Toronto and can be found in the summer on a lake with his wife, kids and dogs.
