Bence is a Consultant at Sapling Financial Consultants. Before joining Sapling, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sales and Marketing from Corvinus University of Budapest and a Master of Science in Finance from Central European University, graduating with distinction with a CGPA of 3.87. He is currently a CFA Level 3 Candidate, scheduled to sit the exam in August 2027.
Prior to Sapling, Bence built his career across transaction advisory and FP&A. At ImpactA Solutions in Budapest, he conducted buy-side and sell-side due diligence on M&A transactions, developed sophisticated financial models, created marketing materials supporting the successful capital raise of a $1.1 billion infrastructure project, and performed exhaustive financial model reviews and stress-testing across 800+ inputs in collaboration with engineers, lawyers, and tax experts. Before that, he spent nearly four years at Morgan Stanley in Budapest, where he developed and presented complex financial statements to senior management and led cross-functional expense and KPI analyses across the Institutional Equity and Listed Derivatives divisions. Most recently, he served as a Financial Analyst at The Miller Group in Toronto, supporting financial forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting.
At Sapling, Bence focuses on financial due diligence, quality of earnings, and financial modelling, bringing a cross-border perspective and a commitment to delivering high-quality analytical work that creates real value for clients.
