Ajax is a fourth-year Accounting and Financial Management student at the University of Waterloo with a strong interest in financial due diligence, valuations, and mergers and acquisitions. He has built a well-rounded foundation across the deal advisory landscape, with experience at KPMG in M&A tax advisory and Valsoft Corporation in buy-side software M&A. Currently, he supports financial due diligence engagements through quality of earnings analysis, financial modelling, and the preparation of client-ready deliverables.
Ajax is drawn to understanding how transactions create value and how financial analysis drives better investment and strategic decisions. He brings a detail-oriented approach, strong analytical instincts, and a genuine curiosity for how businesses operate across industries.
Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through running and the gym, and spends free time watching the NBA and NHL.
