We began by carefully listening to their needs and gaining alignment on the requirements for the proposed solution. Part of this involved creating mock user interfaces, like the one shown to the right

Given that the customized element was maybe 20% of the requirement, we surveyed dozens of available options with both browser and app versions. We then shortlisted five options and worked with the client to select a successful solution

Much of the customization was done by the software provider, in collaboration with us. We then developed a couple of easy-to-use “bridging” spreadsheets to ensure a seamless integration between the platform and their existing finance and CRM systems
