Santiago joined Sapling in 2023 and has accumulated 2 years of due diligence, financial modelling, and FP&A experience. He has worked on a range of projects across various industries and company sizes and has experience leading teams and providing oversight to junior analysts.

Santiago holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University. He is currently pursuing a CFA designation, having passed the CFA Level III exam in 2025, and has also completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) through the Canadian Securities Institute in 2021.

Known for his strong work ethic and commitment to client success, Santiago is highly motivated and detail oriented. Outside of work, Santiago enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines, and staying engaged with the world of sports.
