Dental Valuations

Sapling prepared detailed valuation reports for two dental practices, each with revenues of approximately $1 million/year, to assist the principals with decisionmaking regarding the future of their respective practices. Sapling’s valuations employed over 40 data points and three separate valuation methods. The reports offered additional insights to the principals by providing sections showing what would happen to the valuation if key associates left, and how much income would be left to a new owner after servicing a bank-financed mortgage.
